| What game mechanics do we want in the games? Jumping?, sprinting?, crawling and crouching?, climbing? open doors and scale fences? picking up objects to use as weapons???
The more we have the better the game, but the more complicated to play and make...
Does anyone else have any suggestions that would work?

| crouching, jumping. picking up objects for weapons. jumping would be nice also. opening doors also, but not for every mission, maybe a couple.
scaling and climbing would be good for a mission or 2, but not for the game.

Jumping, Crouching (slow down speed), Open doors (press buton, with key or with switch)
Whats not:
Scaling, Climbing, Using found weapons as objects

| I can have weapon pickups fine. But i cant have climbing ladders or having objects (like boxes) used as throwing weapons, though it would bee good if the graphics would be improved for this. At the moment the box just havers and is thrown. | |

| can't u do what monk said.
click a button to use ladder, when clicked the X value can't change, only the Y can. and Y must be greater than <0 or what ever.

| I was meaning both guns and objects, that would be good for improvisation in levels.

| You could make it difficult by having very little ammo, then you have to use the environment and not be a noob.
Id love to play a game where you can k.o someone by booby trap or letting go of a sprung branch, that sorta improv, but i doubt thats doable.

| i can set objects to invulnerable so you need to 'punch' them into place either to climb on or knock them out of the way. | |
